   9. <dc:description>Entrepreneur, is one of the issues, speaking of indicators of social wellness in young college women in Mexico. One of the ways is the impulse of skills that enable them to become employers rather than employees, which by unequal conditions preclude them from achieving the same opportunities as men has in the country. Therefore, the present study provides a diagnosis of the level of ethical enterprise that integrates variable entrepreneurial attitude and ethics variable (strengths) comparing three different university disciplines (communication, management and engineering).</dc:description>

Uno de los caminos es el impulso de competencias que capaciten para convertirse en empleadoras más que en empleadas, que por las condiciones de desigualdad no les permiten alcanzar las mismas oportunidades que los hombres en el país. De aquí, que el presente estudio expone un diagnóstico del nivel de emprendimiento ético que integra la variable de actitud emprendedora y la variable ética (fortalezas) comparando tres diferentes disciplinas universitarias (comunicación, administración e ingeniería).</dc:description>
