Beraz, enpresek informazioa era sistematiko batean kudeatu beharra dute ez badute lehiakortasuna galdu nahi. Egoera honetan, zaintza teknologikoak paper garrantzitsu bat betetzen du informazioa lortzeaz, gordetzeaz eta transmititzeaz arduratzen den sistema baita. Baina sistema honen irispena mugatuta egongo da erabiltzen diren baliabideengatik. Gainera, muga hori garrantzi handiagoa hartzen du ETEtan, Euskal Herriko ekonomia-ehunaren oinarria, non baliabideak minimoak diren eta enpresa handiagoekin lehiatu behar diren. Egoera honi aurre egiteko, 2.0 tresnak aurkezten dira, zaintza teknologikorako baliagarriak diren tresnak, kostu eta denbora minimoak eskatzen dituztenak. Horrela, lan hau Euskal Herriko ETEtan zaintza teknologikoaren egoera aztertzera eta bere beharretara egokitzen diren soluzio teknologikoak planteatzera zuzenduta joango da, 2.0 tresnak oinarri moduan daudela.; [ES]Nos encontramos en la sociedad del conocimiento y la importancia que ha cogido la información dentro de la empresa ha dado lugar a nuevos avances en la investigación y en las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC). Por tanto, si las empresas no quieren perder competitividad, deben gestionar la información de forma sistemática. En esta situación, la vigilancia tecnológica cobra gran importancia ya que es un sistema que obtiene, almacena y transmite la información. Pero el alcance de este sistema está limitado por los recursos que se utilicen. Además, esta limitación resulta más relevante en las PYMES, la base del tejido empresarial en el País Vasco, donde los recursos son mínimos y tienen que competir con empresas mayores. Para hacer frente a esta situación, se presentan las herramientas 2.0. que requieren de costes y tiempos mínimos. De este modo, este trabajo está dirigido a estudiar la situación de la vigilancia tecnológica en las PYMES del País Vasco y a plantear soluciones tecnológicas que se adapten a sus necesidades, todo ello en el marco de las herramientas 2.0.; [EN]We live in a knowledge-based society and the importance of information inside the enterprise has brought new advances in research and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Therefore, if the enterprises do not want to lose competitiveness, they have to manage the information systematically. Accordingly, the technological watch is becoming more and more relevant, since it is a system that obtains, stores and transmits information. But the effect of this system is limited by the resources used. In addition, this limitation is more important regarding SMEs, the ground of the business network in the Basque Country, where the resources are minimum and have to compete with larger enterprises. In order to face this situation, 2.0 tools, which require minimum costs and time, are presented. Thus, this paper aims to study the situation of the technological watch in the SMEs of the Basque Country and set out technological solutions that adapt to its needs, all in the framework of the 2.0 tools.

8. <dc:description lang="es">[ES]Nos encontramos en la sociedad del conocimiento y la importancia que ha cogido la información dentro de la empresa ha dado lugar a nuevos avances en la investigación y en las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC). Por tanto, si las empresas no quieren perder competitividad, deben gestionar la información de forma sistemática. En esta situación, la vigilancia tecnológica cobra gran importancia ya que es un sistema que obtiene, almacena y transmite la información. Pero el alcance de este sistema está limitado por los recursos que se utilicen. Además, esta limitación resulta más relevante en las PYMES, la base del tejido empresarial en el País Vasco, donde los recursos son mínimos y tienen que competir con empresas mayores. Para hacer frente a esta situación, se presentan las herramientas 2.0. que requieren de costes y tiempos mínimos. De este modo, este trabajo está dirigido a estudiar la situación de la vigilancia tecnológica en las PYMES del País Vasco y a plantear soluciones tecnológicas que se adapten a sus necesidades, todo ello en el marco de las herramientas 2.0.</dc:description>
9. <dc:description lang="es">[EN]We live in a knowledge-based society and the importance of information inside the enterprise has brought new advances in research and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Therefore, if the enterprises do not want to lose competitiveness, they have to manage the information systematically. Accordingly, the technological watch is becoming more and more relevant, since it is a system that obtains, stores and transmits information. But the effect of this system is limited by the resources used. In addition, this limitation is more important regarding SMEs, the ground of the business network in the Basque Country, where the resources are minimum and have to compete with larger enterprises. In order to face this situation, 2.0 tools, which require minimum costs and time, are presented. Thus, this paper aims to study the situation of the technological watch in the SMEs of the Basque Country and set out technological solutions that adapt to its needs, all in the framework of the 2.0 tools.</dc:description>

7. <mods:abstract>[EU]Ezagutzaren gizartean aurkitzen gara eta informazioak enpresa munduan hartu duen garrantziak garapen berriak ekarri ditu bai ikerketan bai informazio eta komunikazio teknologietan (IKT). Beraz, enpresek informazioa era sistematiko batean kudeatu beharra dute ez badute lehiakortasuna galdu nahi. Egoera honetan, zaintza teknologikoak paper garrantzitsu bat betetzen du informazioa lortzeaz, gordetzeaz eta transmititzeaz arduratzen den sistema baita. Baina sistema honen irispena mugatuta egongo da erabiltzen diren baliabideengatik. Gainera, muga hori garrantzi handiagoa hartzen du ETEtan, Euskal Herriko ekonomia-ehunaren oinarria, non baliabideak minimoak diren eta enpresa handiagoekin lehiatu behar diren. Egoera honi aurre egiteko, 2.0 tresnak aurkezten dira, zaintza teknologikorako baliagarriak diren tresnak, kostu eta denbora minimoak eskatzen dituztenak. Horrela, lan hau Euskal Herriko ETEtan zaintza teknologikoaren egoera aztertzera eta bere beharretara egokitzen diren soluzio teknologikoak planteatzera zuzenduta joango da, 2.0 tresnak oinarri moduan daudela.</mods:abstract>
8. <mods:abstract>[ES]Nos encontramos en la sociedad del conocimiento y la importancia que ha cogido la información dentro de la empresa ha dado lugar a nuevos avances en la investigación y en las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC). Por tanto, si las empresas no quieren perder competitividad, deben gestionar la información de forma sistemática. En esta situación, la vigilancia tecnológica cobra gran importancia ya que es un sistema que obtiene, almacena y transmite la información. Pero el alcance de este sistema está limitado por los recursos que se utilicen. Además, esta limitación resulta más relevante en las PYMES, la base del tejido empresarial en el País Vasco, donde los recursos son mínimos y tienen que competir con empresas mayores. Para hacer frente a esta situación, se presentan las herramientas 2.0. que requieren de costes y tiempos mínimos. De este modo, este trabajo está dirigido a estudiar la situación de la vigilancia tecnológica en las PYMES del País Vasco y a plantear soluciones tecnológicas que se adapten a sus necesidades, todo ello en el marco de las herramientas 2.0.</mods:abstract>

Therefore, if the enterprises do not want to lose competitiveness, they have to manage the information systematically. Accordingly, the technological watch is becoming more and more relevant, since it is a system that obtains, stores and transmits information. But the effect of this system is limited by the resources used. In addition, this limitation is more important regarding SMEs, the ground of the business network in the Basque Country, where the resources are minimum and have to compete with larger enterprises. In order to face this situation, 2.0 tools, which require minimum costs and time, are presented. Thus, this paper aims to study the situation of the technological watch in the SMEs of the Basque Country and set out technological solutions that adapt to its needs, all in the framework of the 2.0 tools.</mods:abstract>

In addition, this limitation is more important regarding SMEs, the ground of the business network in the Basque Country, where the resources are minimum and have to compete with larger enterprises. In order to face this situation, 2.0 tools, which require minimum costs and time, are presented. Thus, this paper aims to study the situation of the technological watch in the SMEs of the Basque Country and set out technological solutions that adapt to its needs, all in the framework of the 2.0 tools.</dcterms:abstract>

Egoera honetan, zaintza teknologikoak paper garrantzitsu bat betetzen du informazioa lortzeaz, gordetzeaz eta transmititzeaz arduratzen den sistema baita. Baina sistema honen irispena mugatuta egongo da erabiltzen diren baliabideengatik. Gainera, muga hori garrantzi handiagoa hartzen du ETEtan, Euskal Herriko ekonomia-ehunaren oinarria, non baliabideak minimoak diren eta enpresa handiagoekin lehiatu behar diren. Egoera honi aurre egiteko, 2.0 tresnak aurkezten dira, zaintza teknologikorako baliagarriak diren tresnak, kostu eta denbora minimoak eskatzen dituztenak. Horrela, lan hau Euskal Herriko ETEtan zaintza teknologikoaren egoera aztertzera eta bere beharretara egokitzen diren soluzio teknologikoak planteatzera zuzenduta joango da, 2.0 tresnak oinarri moduan daudela.</field>

        <field name="value">[ES]Nos encontramos en la sociedad del conocimiento y la importancia que ha cogido la información dentro de la empresa ha dado lugar a nuevos avances en la investigación y en las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC). Por tanto, si las empresas no quieren perder competitividad, deben gestionar la información de forma sistemática. En esta situación, la vigilancia tecnológica cobra gran importancia ya que es un sistema que obtiene, almacena y transmite la información. Pero el alcance de este sistema está limitado por los recursos que se utilicen. Además, esta limitación resulta más relevante en las PYMES, la base del tejido empresarial en el País Vasco, donde los recursos son mínimos y tienen que competir con empresas mayores. Para hacer frente a esta situación, se presentan las herramientas 2.0. que requieren de costes y tiempos mínimos. De este modo, este trabajo está dirigido a estudiar la situación de la vigilancia tecnológica en las PYMES del País Vasco y a plantear soluciones tecnológicas que se adapten a sus necesidades, todo ello en el marco de las herramientas 2.0.</field>
