- Our goal is to understand and analyzes the vulnerability degree of judicial guarantees, of tenure, autonomy and independence as essential attributes for the effective performance of the jurisdictional work of the court judges and electoral chambers of the states to know how guarantees of individuals are ultimately affected, and to look for the different ways to strengthen these guarantees and spread the knowledge of the available defenses for the judges mentioned in the case of undue violation of their rights and fundamental rights. Even today, there are serious gaps in the shielding of local electoral justice, and their solutions involve committed and systematic efforts by public authorities, citizens and political actors.
- Nuestro objetivo es conocer y analizar el grado de vulnerabilidad que presentan las garantías jurisdiccionales de permanencia en el cargo, autonomía e independencia, como atributos indispensables para el eficaz cumplimiento de la labor jurisdiccional de los magistrados de los tribunales y Salas Electorales de las entidades federativas, así como conocer de qué forma se afectan, en última instancia, las garantías de los justiciables e indagar la manera de fortalecer dichas garantías y difundir el conocimiento de los medios de defensa de que disponen los mencionados juzgadores en el caso de indebida trasgresión de sus derechos y garantías. Todavía hoy existen serias deficiencias en el blindaje de la justicia comicial local, y sus soluciones implican esfuerzos comprometidos y sistemáticos de los poderes públicos, de la ciudadanía y de los actores políticos.
