        <mods:abstract>Los verbos que se forman con el sufijo –izar constituyen un recurso bien conocido en español y últimamente su utilidad va siendo más importante. Se usa como forma de neologismo que ni siquiera aparecen en el diccionario de la RAE. En este artículo se estudia su comportamiento con el de las formas verbales en –ar siempre que es posible. En general, podemos resumir que las formas en –izar son más intensas por disponer de menos acepciones y las formas en -ar más extensas.</mods:abstract>

9. <mods:abstract>The verbs that are formed by adding the suffix -izar constitute a well-known resource in Spanish and lately its usefulness is still more important. It is used as a form of neologism that not even appears in the dictionary of the RAE. In this article we are studying their behavior with the verb forms in -ar whenever possible. In general, we can summarize that the forms in -izar are more intense by having fewer meanings and forms in -ar are more extensive.</mods:abstract>

It is used as a form of neologism that not even appears in the dictionary of the RAE. In this article we are studying their behavior with the verb forms in -ar whenever possible. In general, we can summarize that the forms in -izar are more intense by having fewer meanings and forms in -ar are more extensive.</dcterms:abstract>
