A discussão se baseia no tripé que alicerça uma organização, ouseja, pessoas, estrutura e tecnologia. Apresenta e discorre sobre os fatores quedeterminam e/ou influenciam a estrutura da biblioteca universitária, enfatizandoo papel que desempenha em seu gerenciamento.
