Descripció:: La fiesta religiosa barroca dejó huella en el discurso escrito de las primeras décadas del siglo XVII más allá de las conocidas como relaciones de fiestas. El presente artículo explora los procesos de fijación de la memoria sobre el acontecimiento festivo religioso que garantizaron su transmisión y su perdurabilidad, dentro de proyectos historiográficos de más alcance. Por un lado, atendemos el discurso religioso, centrándonos en la recepción de las relaciones de fiestas de beatificación dentro de las vidas de santos, historias y crónicas de la provincia dominica de Aragón. En segundo lugar, analizamos la huella de los fastos religiosos (y algunas exequias reales) en las historias de la ciudad de Sevilla.; Baroque festivals left fingerprint in the written discourse in 17th century Spain beyond the so-called relaciones de fiestas. This article explore the procedure of fixing the memory from the festive event in the extensive historical narrative that guaranteed their survival. First we look for the religious discourse level, focus on the reception of the beatification festivals texts in historical ecclesiastical genre (hagiography, conventual history, chronicle, from the dominic province of Aragon). On the other hand, we analyze the use of the religious pageantry (and some royal burials) in some baroque histories of the city of Seville.
