- If there is anything that defines postmodern society, it is the awareness that we are immersed in a social transformation, with synergies that stretch across the entire social structure, creating a multidimensional impact. This structure has a dual form, in which the social divide has become commonplace, normal. The first part of the article examines how social work as a discipline, in its own process of post-recontextualia- tion, as an expert in building social bridges, seeks a new way of viewing the other, of viewing reality and indeed itself. The second part explores the contributions of coaching, which is beginning its own construction process. Bridges that meet, paths that cross... social intervention as an intricate composition of relations thus initiates a dialogue with social practitioners to address the great challenge of 21st-century society
- Si algo caracteriza a la sociedad posmoderna es que somos consciente de que estamos inmersos en el cambio social, con sinergias que atraviesan toda la estructura social de manera multidimensional. Una estructura que presenta forma dual, en donde la brecha social ha adquirido el carácter de cotidianeidad. En una primera parte del artículo, el trabajo social como disciplina, una vez más, en su propio proceso de post-recontextualización, experto en la construcción de puentes sociales, busca una nueva forma de mirar al otro, a la realidad, a sí mismo... del otro lado y en una segunda parte, nuevas aportaciones de la mano del Coaching inician también su construcción. Puentes que unen, caminos que se entrecruzan... la intervención social, como composición de tramas de relaciones inicia así un dialogo con quienes realizan la practica social para encarar el gran reto de la sociedad del siglo XXI.
