Descripción:: El presente artículo no tiene otra pretensión que dejar referencia de lo que el Instituto Interamericano de Derechos Humanos presenta en su página internet bajo el interrogante ¿Qué es la Seguridad Humana? Como presupuesto al trabajo de investigación que se elabora como proyecto de tesis referido al principio de oportunidad, delito de contaminación ambiental y seguridad humana. En suma se puede decir, que se consigna la expresión de Seguridad Humana como todo un concepto global que requiere ser segmentado para entenderlo en un contexto y circunstancias de tiempo, modo y lugar. Para concluir que ella refiere a la seguridad de la persona y las amenazas que surgen en un espacio de liberad como el ambiente sano.; This article has no other claims that leave reference as to what the Inter-American Institute for Human Rights presents in his web page under the question what is human security? As budget research work that is produced as thesis project mentioned at the beginning of opportunity, crime of environmental pollution and human security. In sum we can say that cruising is the expression of human security as a global concept that needs to be segmented to understand it in a context and circumstances of time, manner and place. To conclude that it relates to the safety of the person and the threats that arise in a space of freedom as the healthy environment.; Este artigo tem a intenção de se referir ao que o Instituto Interamericano de Direitos Humanos apresenta em seu site sob a pergunta O que é Segurança Humana? Como o orçamento de pesquisa que é desenvolvido como um projeto de tese com base no princípio da oportunidade, a poluição ambiental e o crime da segurança humana. Em suma, podemos dizer que a expressão da segurança humana é reconhecida como um conceito global de tudo o que precisa ser segmentado, a fim de compreendê-lo num contexto e circunstâncias de tempo, modo e lugar. Para concluir que se refere à segurança da pessoa e as ameaças resultantes em uma área de liberate e ambiente saudável.
