Descripción:: Origen del centre de professorat de la zona del Lle- vant de Mallorca. El CEP de Manacor va ser creat l�any 1988 i de llavors ençà sempre s�ha caracteritzat pel seu esperit innovador. El CEP de Manacor, a més de desenvolupar les activitats bàsiques pròpies de cada CEP, ha estat pioner en iniciatives com ara l�im- pacte a les formacions mitjançant els treballs d�apli- cació a l�aula, establir la figura de l�assessor de referència als centres i, sobretot, tenir una gran voca- ció per establir la dimensió europea i treballar-hi, par- ticipant en diferents tipus d�accions. L�equip del CEP de Manacor sempre ha dut a terme la filosofia del tre- ball en equip i la il·lusió de seguir contribuint a la mi- llora de la formació del professorat; The paper studies the origins of the in-service teacher training centre (CEP) in eastern Mallorca. The CEP in Manacor was created in 1988 and since then, has been known for its innovative spirit. By further deve- loping each CEP�s basic activities, the CEP in Mana- cor has pioneered initiatives on the impact on applied classroom training and also been responsible for es- tablishing the post of guidance counsellor at each school. It is especially well known for its work esta- blishing and working with the European dimension and has taken part in different kinds of actions. The team at the CEP in Manacor has always subscribed to the philosophy of teamwork and enthusiasm in order to keep on contributing to the betterment of te- acher training.; Origen del centro de profesores de la zona del Le- vante de Mallorca. El CEP de Manacor fue creado en el año 1988 y desde entonces siempre se ha caracteri- zado por su espíritu innovador. El CEP Manacor ade- más de desarrollar las actividades básicas propias de cada CEP, ha sido pionero en iniciativas como fue en su momento el impacto en las formaciones mediante los trabajos de aplicación en el aula, responsables de establecer la figura del asesor de referencia en cada centro y, sobre todo conocidos por la gran vocación de establecer y trabajar con la dimensión Europea, participando en diferentes tipos de acciones. El equipo del CEP Manacor siempre ha llevado a cabo la filosofía del trabajo en equipo y la ilusión de seguir contribuyendo a la mejora de la formación del profe- sorado.
